The Farmhouse sits on a rolling hill overlooking a 50 acre grazing paddock and Wombat State Forest which surrounds the property.
Itʼs an uncomplicated family home, cosy and sunny, with great views from all rooms. Polished wooden floors, very comfortable beds and stocked with all the things you would expect in a well equipped home. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds, the third has two single beds and all have views sweeping down to the Wombat Forest. No manicured gardens, no imitation antiques or lacey curtains, it's a country home and life here is in synch with nature. Itʼs a tranquil place to spend time together, for a family, or for a couple who just want to be on their own.
I am on the next hill over, half a kilometre away, so unless you wander over to say hello you'll be undisturbed.
