Unless I have guests leaving or arriving on the same day, which is usually only during school holidays, I don't worry about a check in or check out time, so you can usually leave when you like (because I hate having to be out so early when I stay somewhere).  Just check with me near the date to confirm.

The prices below do not include linen or towels.  I know it's a pest, but it is so much work ferrying laundry back and forth in my car, and it's tank water here, tricky to manage if I have a lot of washing to do. It can be supplied for an extra charge if you can't bring your own.  If guests forget anything, they are welcome to raid my cupboard.
